Workout Location:

All workouts will be held at The Blake School unless otherwise noted

(Gym is located across the street from the ice arena. Activities entrance is located on the north side of campus off of Excelsior Blvd)


Private Lesson

(1 on 1)

Work one on one with Jamal to develop all aspects of your game. Whether looking to improve shooting, develop better ball-handling skills or just become an all-around better player, private lessons will provide the detailed instruction that will provide results. Jamal says each 1-hour session of detailed instruction should be paired with at least 5 hours of working on the skills by yourself   

Small Group

(2-5 Players)

Small group sessions provide the players an opportunity to work on their skills at game speed with other players of similar skill level. These sessions provide for a faster paced workout and allow for a wider range of drills that simulate game-like situations

Team Training

(6+ Players)

Jamal will put the group through an hour and a half workout that resembles a team practice. We will do full court drills and work on both the offensive and defensive ends of the court. Please click the link below and tell me more about what you are interested in. 

Camps and Clinics

Camps and clinics are typically held in the spring and summer. Availability is limited and will be listed throughout the year. Keep your eye out for the latest events on the "upcoming events" tab or register for the notifications via the "register" tab.
